Text of Complaint by dikshant sharma:

 

I have purchased Tata sky dish service in the month of march 2020 at a cost of Rs 1500 . Firstly Thier person who come for installation ask my father to buy Amazon fire stick and told us that it is not chargeable and it will automatically disconnected after one month which was not happened . After one month they start charging 250 in my bill . After so many calls and complaints on call centre they disconnected it . The I selected my packs as per TRAi rules and total amount was somewhere around 250 per month . And I do extra recharge of Rs 1000 . But I was surprised to see a message after 10 days from Tata sky that my balance is low kindly recharge immediately . When I check I found that they have activated so many services from Thier own and so many packs from Thier own . Then I get it corrected from mobile app and their call center . But I am shocked to see that they are doing it at a interval of every 10- 15 days and harassing us by sending SMS to recharge . I have taried to call and longe a complaint but every time they closey complaint by saying that they have not changed the packs .
In this way they have already consumed by RS 600 IN ONE MONTH by charging prorate for channels which was even not subscribed by me .

Now when I called them to disconnect my dish and give my money back because they are not able to provide me services promised by them they are refusing me to return my money back or 1500 for dish and around 600 for prorate charge of channels which was not subscribed by me .
