Sir, I am a consumer of Tata Sky DTH since year 2015 and my ID is 1174608917. Since last week I was facing a technical problem with setup box, whenever I switched on the box in morning its red light kept blinking till one hour and it start after 1 hour. On 17 Dec 2019 I called Tata Sky Customer Care and registered my complaint. A technician from Tata Sky visited my place. When he visited my setup box was on as I had switched on in morning. The technician said that the problem with setup box and he changed the same and charged Rs. 400/- for setup box and Rs. 150/- for visiting charges. On next morning when I switched my setup box I faced the same problem again. I called up Tata Sky again and registered the complaint. Another technician visited and he changed the adapter charging Rs. 150/- and the setup box started working fine. I called Tata Sky Customer Care and registered a complaint that if the problem was with adapter then why the technician changed the setup box. I kept calling Tata Sky but they didn’t return my money.
