I took Tata Play connection for 6 months. I paid for 6 months and dealer promised one package which includes 10 HD channels and other SD channels for 6 months. Now after 4 months I am getting only 2 HD channels if I contact customer care they are asking me recharge again for channels. These delears are doing fraud If we believe them. If I contact them now, they are not responding even customer care is worst in these kind of situations. Dealers or distributors are cheating people but customer care or company don’t care of the consumers. I hope this will reach the company and take the necessary action on these dealers to avoid this frauds and get my 2 months plan in my account.
