On 30th July I ordered grocery from instamart order I’d #149693268974404 and it was showing mark as delivered.i call delivery executive so many times but he didn’t receive the call.same time I complain at swiggy chat support he don’t pick their call also.they told me to wait for 6 hours and it’s already 2 days .still no response from instamart.Its their fault that they hire scammer why should I pay for that.i have my building security details that no one has entered in the building to deliver the order and video footage that no one entered from swiggy at my door.
That scam done by delivery boy and no support from swiggy to customers.
