We had contacted Eureka Forbes for service. Within a day we got a call from one person and he said he s from Eureka Forbes. As our AMC had expired we bought an AMC for 2 years paying 9k. We asked for invoice and he said he ll send it once he s back to his office. He sent it later and to our surprise the invoice had Surekha Forbes as the company name. We thought ok some other company with service facility. Now our filter has spoilt 5 months and we call to the number in invoice they cut the call or it’s switched off. I read on website that this is fraud company. Not sure how to go about and track these people. This is the number : 8861107879
