Sir,
undersigned hereby given Designer Saree with Blouse before the above mentioned company Silver Clout dated 15/03/25 order number, 11320284 which has been delivered by today,i.e. on dated 18/03/25 after opening the parcel found that old saree was received. Order return policy was available but after arriving parcel return policy is not available view of above you are hereby requested to take legal course of action against the matter as soon as possible please

I recently ordered a “New Fancy Designer Saree With Blouse” worth ₹999. The product delivered was completely different from what I had selected. This is not just a mistake — it’s deceptive and unprofessional behavior from the seller/platform.
I made the payment in cash, trusting the product images and description shown at the time of purchase. After receiving the wrong item, I immediately raised a return and refund request, but I have received no proper response till now. They are completely ignoring the complaint.
I also shared my UPI ID for refund, but no one has taken action. The support team seems unbothered, and the entire experience feels like a scam.
This is not how a genuine business works. If customers are receiving the wrong products and no one is accountable, it is nothing less than online fraud. I have decided to escalate this issue to the Consumer Court and publicly warn others on social media platforms.
Strong legal action must be taken against such platforms so that they cannot cheat more customers.
DO NOT TRUST such services unless you want to lose your money.
