Payment done for 100% interview but no response from shine. Com since last 3 years…

I uploaded my CV on shine.com for job search. Right after 2 to 3 days i.e. on 19.02.2021 at 10:40 a.m. I got a call from shine.com (landline no. +911206381155) by its representative named Mr. Ankit saying there are jobs available in the market related to my profile and he asked me to do a registration with Rs. 3,010/- for premium services which will be valid for 180 days. Firstly, I refused to make the payment by saying that is it necessary to make payment, can’t I get the call from recruiter without registration then he started convincing me by saying that with the registration you will get the premium services, good opportunities, your name will come on the top list of the recruiters, our relationship manager will guide you to get the job, he will call you to discuss about your profile and make the presentation as per that. He also said that we also have a tie up with the Hindustan Times. He will assist you until you get the job. He also gave me his contact no. i.e. +91 9311041991.
By bad luck, I got ready to make the payment and he send the 5 links instantly on my email id and I paid the same by mistake Which was near about Rs. 20,000/-. They have misguided me and leading me wrong, they haven’t told me about the total payment and procedure in starting. By telling the amount of Rs. 3,000/- they took the big amount. I want my money back which is near about Rs 20,000 /-. Kindly help.
