I ordered Muslim prayer dress from shaa hijabs on December 7th 2022. Now it’s been more than 2 months. They sent me wrong product and didn’t accept their mistake . I provided them video and image proof of sending me wrong product still they didn’t accept their mistake and started ignoring my messages. I asked them for the return address and refund. Didn’t get a proper reply till now. Now they totally ignored my messages. I tried messaging them on Instagram and WhatsApp. I have screenshot proofs of the chats . I need the product to be accepted and refund
