I ordered 4 linen shirts through online via Instagram ad. The GSTIN is registered in the name of Mandeep in Delhi. It is not carrying any contact number. Hence I am complaining for fraud. The parcel shows cod 1199 amount payable. Product detail as 4 linen shirts and gstin. Inside there were 2 old used shirts which were not linen and we’re useless. Kindly help.
