I ordered some items from 2k19offers. Also got a confirmation call from them. The items I received are completely different from the items shown and described on their website and which I ordered.The items I got are of low quality. Also I have written them a mail to which I have not got any reply. Please help me to get my refund and action need to be taken against such websites which are fraud.
