I went to goa trip on 4 dec 2022 with my wife. I stayed at morjim beach, when i go out on scooty 2 person came to us and offer us a promotion voucher and assure us fixed price l my wife sratch the card and they said we are lucky one and they invite us to attend a seminar of one hour amso we went with them. At ashvem beach we met a girl Anisha at a resort where they set up a seminar with her and they offer us a membership of royal club international of 50,000 and assure us that we can book any hotel resort minimum 4 star at any place in india and in asia also for 6D/7N alternative year and there is a Annual Maintenance Charges of 10,000 Rs annually but if we refer someone there membership our AMC charges will waive off. They convince us that there service is number 1 and brain wash us in taking there membership. When i try to read reviews about royal club online there is a network issue which i think they use some kind of jammer so that there prey cannot read reviews online. Now after that i came back in my hometown haridwar i try to contact there customer care number and the girl anisha for booking hotel in nainital they said i have to pay 12,000 AMC before first booking which was not informed to me at the time of buying membership and they promise stay in top hotel chains like JW Marrio, Taj Hotel, Hayat Hotel like that. Now they offer 2 hotel to me for stay in Bhimtal not in Nainital and said i have to inform for booking atleast 1 month in advance and i can take only 2-3 bookings in a year which is also not informed to me at the time of introduction. They also assure us that if i m not satisfied with there service i can cancel my membership at any time but when i call there customer care for cancellation they said its a service industry and cannot cancel my membership as there is no refund and cancellation policy and also they try to lure me for another 30,000 as a scheme for 5 year Anual Charges in advance.
