We have obtained the Royals Club International Membership for Rs. 86000/- for 28 Days domestic & International stay. We have received the one complementary & one gift voucher with this membership from Matheran. After so many phone calls & messages we have received the membership details, then after when we are trying to book the property the said you can not use your gift voucher from oct. to feb. Then after we are trying to book from complementary voucher since last 10 days but not yet received any booking confirmation. One more thing is that at the time of agreement they said no AMC will be applicable to your membership now our ID shows AMC and they are saying the will update the soon but still no solution for this issue too. and most important thing is that after obtaining membership no one is receiving our calls or replying on messages after 100 calls they replied once & said that be patience. Our sales executive is Azhar Shaikh.
