Text of Complaint by Mrinal Pandit:

I hv purchased 5 yrs membership of Royals Club International with partial payment done at the time of purchase & rest payment converted into installment.
We have done 2-3 installments to their given bank account no.
Once we planned a trip to Tarkalrli beach n for bookings we contacted Mr.Azhar & Mr.Nayeem. They said their company have no property(Hotels tied up with them) at this place although while selling for their membership they hv shown us beautiful hk hotel as their property where they can give their services. At that point we asked for refund due to dissatisfaction of their fraud commitment then we came to know that our 2 installments were not even updated in their system. Their so called customer service person said ur membership has declined due to no payment done.
We shared payment screenshot then they updated our payment.
From that day we are following sales person Mr.Azhar n Mr.Nayeem who sold us membership and we are getting no reply even so many calls msg. If they receive a call by chance they are just making us fool on the name of our refund.
