Text of Complaint by Mayank & Meenakshi:

On 27th Nov’22, I paid INR 1,50,000 to RCI sales consultant Mr. Chetan Pujari. I brought this membership because I recently got married have plans for travelling and Mr. Chetan assured me that I can save money on holidays booking after taking RCI membership of INR1.50 Lacs which is valid for 10 years. He completely brainwashed us (My spouse and I). He said today is the company anniversary and therefore, the company is giving the membership at discounted price. He asked us about our traveling plan. He told us that you can book Bathala Island Resort in Maldives through our website. He also said that you have to pay one time membership and AMC charges are applicable after the first year. And said you will receive the welcome call.

On the contrary instead of a welcome call we have received a welcome email that said AMC is applicable at the time of first booking. When we told customer executive that we would like to cancel our membership the company denied our request. We also wrote an email dated 29th Nov 2022 to the company to cancel our membership and refund the money.
The company sold the membership by providing wrong information to us. And now we want to cancel our membership the company responded that it is non-refundable.

It is my humble request that please help us to get out of this problem. I am already facing financial stress. For me loosing this money will enhance my stress further.
Please help to get refund as soon as possible.
