Text of Complaint by Meenakshi:

On 27.11.2022, Me and My husband went for honeymoon and at lonavala we met a person, and he gave us gift card by saying today is our anniversary and we got a lucky card and got a gift voucher then he said you can claim it by visiting our resort. Then we went there and met with Mr. Chetan (Sales Consultant) and Mr. Sandeep (Vice President). They gave us lucrative offer and we have obtained 10-year membership of Rs. 150000/- and we did an agreement with them. After two days in Goa, we have been offered same thing at some place then we thought again and check reviews on Google and found that company is fraud and sold same 10-year membership to different persons at different rates and so many people filed a complaint against it at Consumer Forum. They we called Mr. Chetan and Mr. Sandeep for revocation the agreement and refund our money then they said there is no such procedure. But we have not availed any kind of services till now and we want to revoke this agreement and want to get back our money.
As per Consumer Protection Act, consumer can revoke the service within 60 days of purchase of the services. Whereas we have informed them within two days.
Now we are calling them continuously to Mr. Uttam (Senior officer) but he did not answer our calls. We also mailed our issues as he said but still there is no reply have been received yet.

Please help to get back our money from these fraudsters. Thank You.
