My brother, Mr. Monil Shah, his registered email id is in copy, ordered 24 pcs Fererro Rocher set at discounted price of Rs. 399. But we were shocked, when we received the parcel. We were cheated by your retailer. He sent some local random 10 pcs. of choclates in the box.
I request Amazon to compensate for the cheating done by their retailer and demand a apaology letter from the retailer for such fraudulent activity and compensate with a replacement,
I am over and over again offered Rs. 399 refund, by call center team – which i am not ok with of all the things that happened – specially a day before Raksha bandhan. Kindly help me with a solution and delivery of replacement at the soonest.
