I ordered two woman suit-gown from rajsimran.com. but i received wrong and defective product. My order no is 10021 worth of Rs 1600. I complained about it to them on the customer care no. 9023724212/9316756705 on 31.01.2020. I got a reply to fill the refund form. I filled the form but i got no reply from them since then. The no provided has no incoming facility and they are not replying by any messages.
I am sending you the order slip picture.
Kindly help me and get my refund as soon as possible.
