Postpe has done a fraud with me. They promised me to settle their card for 12k and demanded payment first. They were following up for same like anything. They even called my relatives, colleagues, friends and abused my sister in law (few of their collection guys did that. I did not have any recording of same so i cannot give proof). I first denied for payment without settlement letter but they insisted that it works like that for POSTPE. I arranged paid the money rs.12k towards settlement offer communicated over call. After that they blocked me. A collection officer named Ashish and his team did that. His contact number is 9821916230. I then complained to postpe regarding same with all proof but they are ignoring my mails. I request you to kindly help me regarding this. I am attaching screenshot of chat. I also have recordings but not able to upload them
