made a deposit of Inr 10,000 on parimatch on 11th March,2024. Screenshot of transaction below.
I made the transaction by clicking on the paytm option on parimatch deposit – I was redirected to paytm where I made the payment. The payment was successful as confirmed by my bank
Post this. i was informed by the billing team at Pari Match that they have not received any deposits in spite of my bank confirming that the deposit is successful.
Need legal guidance to get my money back
