Dear Sir/Madam,
I got a call from lady name Shweta from oriental health company for health insurance on 10 May 2022 and he gave me details about the Oriental Health Insurance policy over the phone and through whatsapp and mail from mailid: sales@oriental health.co.in
She had taken amount Rs 52300.00 for health insurance of two individuals of my in-laws(sr.citizen) for lifetime policy worth of Rs. 10 lakhs through Google pay Transaction on 13th September 2022.
But today is 9th October 2022, I still not have received any soft copy of policy from them. I have repeatedly asked them to send it, but they are not responded on call as well SMS and when I am mailed them on sales@oriental health.co.in they are writing that you will get soft copy but not writing the exact dates .
Request you to please check this on priority basis as fraud case and take immediate action against them.
