Dear Sir,
I have made partial payment for online tuition fee for upcoming year 2024 for class 8. The mutual communication between me & them was that I will pay the amount in different installments but later they started forcing me to take loan and pay the rest of the amount in one go. When I told them that for me it is not possible to pay in one go, they told me that they are not going to return the money. Initially they did not mention any terms and conditions but once they received the money, they are telling a lot of terms and conditions. Again, later on I found that this company was indulged in financial frauds(https://indianexpress.com/article/cities/bangalore/ed-raids-educational-firm-remitted-rs-82-crore-china-8579570/). Then I thought of not going with them. Now they are telling you that they will not return your money wherever you want to do. Please do, we are not going to return your money.
