As I dint receive any Documents from no brokers after long follow up…received Property documents from the seller..but our legal advisor requested for some more documents for complete legal verification. I informed the seller about the same but he’s unable to provide further documents stating it would cost him more to get it from BBMP office, and also says he hasn’t received any advance till now which we have paid to no brokers company through cheque 50k. No brokers team has stopped to respond to his calls. Documents are still long
Pending and he has stopped responding our calls as well. Inspite of clause on mail that our money would be refunded in case of property deal fails.. no Brokers stopped responding to our calls and been rude to us. No response on mails and calls. No brokers is a fraud company.
