I wish to raise a complaint against jio fibre. Even I talked to jio fibre customer person regarding the same, complaint number is: MR00013SQ2NP I was caught in fraud. I took the connection with Mr Munaf shaikh on (8320897366) with false promises. I took the connection and called him the next day to connect my rest TV. But he did not pick up the call. After complaining on Twitter and My jio, I started receiving calls from Vipin Gupta ( ph . No: 07605916739) where I got caught with a person, who said to transfer 10 rupees on my jio app and then said to give chrome service and service engineer will visit my home. There he gave me two options to pay net and debit card. In the next payment of rupee 10, I caught and he deducted 40000 from my ICICI bank account.
All this was done on jio and the quick support app. This kind of fraud with jio trusted people is unbearable and needs to address. I claim jio to refund my money asap. and take the necessary action against this person. Kindly arrange a call with the technical team to resolve this matter.
