I am playing MPL since last 6 months.I faced so many problems with this app.
This time i make a payment by upi id on 12th july. The payment still not credit into my account. I complain to mpl coustmer care and attached my statment of my bank account and upi transaction history. They replied payment is made on 14 july. And so many times i chat with coustmer care they replied 24 to 48 hours of wating. Today they told payment is done by their side thats not their matter where is payment gone.they abusied me as well. They give me 9 digit upi transaction id which is fake. I asked with bank they told me the id og upi transaction is 12 digits.
Almost 260 hours gone they have not a proper reply for same. All coustmer service persons replied diffrent i hv so many proofs to proove my point. I have
1.bank statment till date.
2.fake Transaction id they genrated to me
3. Video records of chats in which they replied diffrent all the time.
4. Screenshots of transaction.
5.screenshots of withdrawl.
6. Screenshots of pending to succesful transaction on their app.
7.bank person audio record in which they told this is fake upi id.
8. So many other proofs
The MPL having so many bugs in games. Honest people will easily mesh ny this app.
My appel is please resolve this case and ban to MPL.
