My order was a white trouser costing ₹494
It was delivered but unfortunately the size does’t match
Then i contact them for the replacement of this product
On 1st Nov, the delivery man had taken the product
There was no notification from Meesho informing about the product
I speak up with the customer care they keep telling me to wait 3-4 working days ,
I have contacted them for 6-7 time
Then they said your product can not be replace so we will refund your money.
After few days niether the money was transfer nor any info about the refund.
I keep calling them they tell me the same to wait for 3-4 working days the amount will be refund.
Today is 29th December .
There is no info about the product.
