i ordered one product from meesho and i received it on 24 july but it was smaller than i oredered and infact material quality was worst.so i sent return request in their app.but nothing came from them even their app showed that product was not delievered yet. so i went to their helpcenter section and called them they said that keep wait for 2 days i waited.but i got no responce from them.and i again called them they said that i have to cancel my request and again send request for rerurn.(on 2nd august) and wait for 2-3 days.but they did nothing.i called to their helpcanter 5-6 time but everytime they said for waiting and they sent one email and i have to send images of product to them.i did that. and after these many days of waiting they are saying that they didnt delieverd any product to me so where is my money that i paid? and if they didnt sent any product so why they said again and again for wait.They are saying that its my fault and they are not responsible.i want my money back.
