I booked a holiday package for the Maldives for 242817/-. The committed services not been provided. 1st day night found the room bed with kids toilet smell. Room service is pathetic. Out of our 4 nights stay, one day was waisted for room change. The room transfer given by hotel was interconnected with another room. By using some internal sources, change in a better room. But after paying such a huge amount, such kind of harassment and mental trauma is unacceptable. I was made the complaint on 17th March but MMT has not even contacted to the hotel to resolve the issue. I want at least compensation of Rs. 124000/- for my loss and ruined my holiday after paying 2.43L.
