My wife and I were travelling to Andaman in December 2022 and the said company was offering vacation membership. We choose emi option and made a payment of 1,29,968 rupees for the membership through credit card on 08th Dec’22. The sales team offered any stay in India and abroad at a reasonable amount but all the services were fake we came to know this when we tried booking our first trip in may 2023 it was a mental harassment for us. The booking team was unprofessional and they offered us pathetic resorts as options which was not what was promised earlier. After many follow ups in 20 days for good resort they were charging extra amount 1500 per night for good hotel booking which was not acceptable. We immediately demanded for a refund but they dragged the whole situation and stopped receiving our calls. Even after sending email on their complaints email id there is no revert till date. The Sales executives and the booking team are not at all cooperating in this matter now and no one is answering our calls. The company representative is saying that the amount cannot be refunded and they cannot canceled the membership. However we are not willing to pay for the services which are not at all offered to us. We request you help to resolve this matter at the earliest. Leaving our office work aside we have to daily call them up in a hope that one day they will receive our call and close this membership. However it is not happening and it is mentally and financially draining for us.
Request the team to help us in this matter and close this at the earliest
