i was been fraud By LG service centre, i placed for replacement for my tv worth 1,70,000 which is still under warranty. The replacement of the panel or TV was given to me with a damaged box and a used tv, where as i had to get my replacement with a fresh brand new tv and under a fresh brand new box. The horrible thing was My OLED tv was inside the LCD box. And the most terrifying and horrible part again is my tv was carried on roof of a car a normal car not in a GOODS car. The terrifying part is my tv was Over with fossil cover. And on top when i called the higer person his name is “SASHI” said do what you want to do and he wont give a dam” and he even said “go to consumer court and file a case” “higer most team pr so called CMO” i don’t get any call from the higher team to solve my case and provide me a replacement as i was Promised and i got every proof.
