I ordered wireless supportive sport bra from Kristels with the order number: dmns3899333qudebj…. I just received one legging which is of very low quality and not worth wearing ( Picture Attached)

I shared an email to them at snehatiw258@gmail.com twice but no response received from them and moreover no customer care number is available on the site i.e. https://kristels.shop/

Their address mentioned on the packet is
Kristel, 1 Near CNG Pump Scheme 1, DSIDC Complex Scheme, Okhla, Phase 2, South Delhi, Delhi – 110022, INDIA

Please advise.
