I bought journeys by jukasso 25 year blue membership in Dec 2015. Offers given to me with membership included:-
1. 7 nights & 8 days after paying 4 months of EMI.
2. Rs 10000 Samsung voucher
After payment of 4 EMI when i called Jukasso for both above they told they will call back, send across email. The person named Amit who sold the programme to me had vanished in thin air by now, neither available on phone or whatsapp. I send emails & multiple reminders for weeks. Finally they told that Samsung voucher can not be provided & they will adjust it with EMI. In the mean time when i talked to DAE executive for 1 week complimentary holiday they told that they have never given such offer to any company so talk to jukasso how they are giving this offer in name of DAE.
I decided to stop paying EMI until i avail one complimentary holiday offered by jukasso in jukasso resort. However inspite of putting multiple mails & calls i could not complete the booking. Unfortunately i had paid 85, 000 by the time i realised jukasso is incapable of providing any of the services i paid for. I am proceeding with legal procedure against the firm & i am writing this to make sure no one gets trapped in this like me.
