Dear sir/mam,
I was the regular customer of jiomart. With me recent order. they fraud me in continuous two orders. Firstly i ordered 500gm of tea and paid for 500gm but i received only 250gm, i have not yet opened the package and in my second order, i ordered 400gm of almonds and paid for 400 gms but received only 200gm. I complaint to jiomart thousands of time but they didn’t respond. This is the best example of online fraud. I have every proof but no one is helping me. Please help me.
