I am jio fibber connection for almost last two months. This month on August 11 I faced a issue and my Internet connection stopped working. I raised a complaint and next day two engineers arrived at my door with a day delay in schedule. They looked after the problem but due to lack of cables they promised me to solve my issue next day. But till today that is 20th of August my problem is still unsolved and no one has visited me. The worst thing is just because to show their great work to the company the engineers updated my complaint status as solved. This is fraud, how can someone update your problem status as solved without solving it. And the person who was at the time of installation of my connection Mr. Sonu is not receiving my call nor replying my messages. To prove these things I am having recordings, images, bill and many more things.
