I bought a Vivo phone today from the Jio store in Jyoti colony, Durgapuri. They told me that the bill would be received through a message on my phone. I had financed the phone. They took ₹5200 in cash from me and said that the rest would be your instalment of ₹1937*6. The total amount in the bill that I received through message is wrong and they have added one more product in it, but they did not give me that product nor are they picking up my calls now.
