I bought a plan of 599 which includes 30 mbps of wifi speed and 14 OTT app’s subscription but now jio finer is not giving me the subscription of ALT balaji and Eros app I connected to customer service and my call landed to jio customer care executive named Suraj Prasad but they didn’t provided me any solution and That executive was unable to give the answers of my questions and he said that jio will not give any subscription of these apps although it is mentioned to give the subscription of these apps in this plan
