Text of Complaint by Siddaling:

I had recharged Rs 1178.82 for a Jio Fiber plan of Rs 999 on 27th July 2022 at 9.34PM for my jio fiber number 8095036319. When enquired my bank (Kotak Mahindra Bank) said the transaction is successful. Also the Phone Pe app through which i made the payment made clear instructions that only if the money is received by the receiver then only we get Translation successful message. I got the transaction successful message from phone pe. But Jio Fiber is denying this fact and are neither giving me service not my money back. They are asking to wait for 10 days to refund the money back. There are around 43 crores of jio customers in India. If they commit this with atleast less than 10percent consumers, then for every 10days there might be fraud of 12000crores rupees. Else even if it’s less than 1 percent then atleast there might be fraud of 1200crores Rs for every 10days. Also i was cheated of Rs 1000 saying that I would get a free voucher for installing Jio Fiber and then now they are telling there are no such offers. Considering the consumers count in India I suspect there might be fraud of 1000s of crores. I request the honourables to conduct a daur enquiry and provide me the justice.
