I have recharged by phone of Rs. 100 i.e. talk time plan and validity is unlimited. Now I am unable to make calls as I am not eligible to this as I have n’t any active plan. This is openly a scam. My amount should be refunded. Proper action should be taken for this on Jio net. Because no one knows how many people have been harmed till now due to their fraud policy.
