I ordered jeans on 12 oct, and i was told that i can exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery, but opening video is required. I received my parcel on 19 oct, and it was completely a different product, then i messaged the page and they sent me a link to refund but that link was also expired and was not working, and now niether they are replying about anuthing nor they are helping me to get the refund. I hope they get sued as soon as possible.
