i had ordered some products to an instagram seller (itstrendystore) worth INR 60000/-. when received the products i realised that these are not the products i had ordered so i contacted the concerned person and they assured me to get them changed. they got it picked up from my address and said that they will deliver the correct product i a day or two. its been weeks now and they are not responding over phone or messages.
