Dear sir, I have purchased independent TV set top box on Jan 2019 with one year subscription. But from the start they are not providing the service. When we contact the customer care they just told us that the service will resume in next month.but from the last two months the service is completely shut down.No response from customer care.
Plz take the strong action against the independent TV. And refund my charges of rupees 2300 .
