My name is M. Surve. I have make the payment for Rs.4499/- to www.ezephones.com to by buy a Mobile Model K5 on 13th June, 2020, but till date I have not received the Mobile or any confirmation email or SMS from them.
Please look into the matter and give my money back or Mobile as soon as possible.
