I saw an advertisement on Instagram given by premiummart.in with the name classyeshop which was selling a kit “Help up India”. In this kit they promised to give 1 Infrared Thermometer, 1 nano most sprayer, 1 mask, 1 gloves and 1 500 ml sanitiser on the price of Rs-999/ only.
Company also promised to take return within 30 days if product found unsatisfactory.
I paid Rs-999/ on 18th June 2020 through UPI and receiver is Razorpay.
On 28th June I received my order kit without Infrared Thermometer and rest products are below standard worthy Rs-250 to 300.
When I contacted him on their whatsapp number 9914364497 and also on Instagram they become silent and no one is replying.
Again I warned them for case they changed their advertisement showing two package where in other pack you will get Infrared Thermometer after paying Rs-1000/ extra.
I also mailed to Razorpay , premiummart.in but failed to solve my problem.
I am not a single person who is cheated by this company are so many people and still today this company is cheating continuously to innocent people.
