Respected sir/madam,

I am writing about an online fraud which happened to me by an online insurance broking company.

On 16th March 2020, I was looking for renewal of my car insurance. I found a reasonable insurance quote on the website www.gibl.in (Greenlife Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd.), but when I started to buy the insurance on this website payment from my account got deducted and issuance of policy got failed.

Then I contacted on customer care email of this website and they promised to refund my amount in 1 week but it’s more than 3 months I am still waiting for my refund.

I have written continuous mails to them and always got same reply that your refund has been initiated but due to national lockdown (Corona pandemic) it’s getting delayed. But now they have responding to my mails.

Please help me to solve the issue and blacklist this website to prevent further such fraud.

Kindly help me to get my refund. I am attaching the proof of payment for your reference.
