Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Credit Card user of RBL Bajaj Finserv Credit Card since last 4-5 years.
I have received Card statement on 16th July 2020 & on 16th August 2020 [copy attached] on my email and while checking the statement, i found that many fraudulent transactions of Rs.62,943/- have been done from my Credit Card by the Beneficiary i.e.Google Proxima Beta g.co/helppay#CA & Google Proxima Beta Mountain View CA.
As a precautionary measure i have blocked my card and file complaint with Bajaj Finserv Credit Card and Cyber Crime Department, Pune in there prescribed format . Further i have forwarded email to Warje Police station & Kothrud Police station cyber division[ emails attached] I would like to inform you that-
1) These transactions are neither related with me nor OTP has been forwarded to me
2) I have not swipe these payments
3) I have not received any OTP to process the payments
4) No officials from Bajaj Finserv asked me on mobile are you making these
payments.
Hence, considering the above why i am responsible to pay following things ?
1) Rs.62,943/- as on 14.08.2020
2) Interest charged due to non payment of these payments
3) Late Fee , Penalty, taxes on these amount & any other charges due to non
payment of these payments
