I had opted services of gomechanic and they had cheated me. When they took my vehicle, their representative called me that along with services their are some parts which needs to be replaced and all the parts will be Honda genuine parts. When they delivered my vehicle , same was not properly serviced and when i enquired for the confirmation they send me mail that we are arranging service again. Also when i asked them to provide confirmation regarding genuine parts replacement, its almost 15 days passed away but till now they haven’t given the confirmation that clearly states that they are cheating public. I am going to file complaint against this company.
I suggest that never opt the services of gomechanic, since they are charging but not providing any kind of services.
