I feel you don’t go mechanic and given my car that is Hyundai i20 for class replacement on 23rd of October and they even promised me to deliver on the same day even I have that proof in written by the gomechanic representative but after the completion of the work the day was next day 25th of October and now they are saying that the work is being done but your car is not been able to start but when I have delivered the car to the workshop it was totally functionable. moreover while changing the clutch plate of my car they used wrong grade of gear oil and discharged me for 3 litres of oil in fact according to the Hyundai service booklet i20 can only take 1.9 litre of gear oil that too the grade of the oil that was recommended by Hyundai is 75w 85 what the used is 80w 90. and complaining it again and again they didn’t even bothered what they are doing they were more were arguing and trying to create confusions so that customer can’t complain.
the most irritating thing was they have promised me to deliver the car on the same day in written but they failed and was not able to even deliver the car after 3 days
