Dear sir
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Go Life Vacation (OPC) regarding an unfulfilled promise made to us during a visit to Mahabaleshwar in November 2023
During our visit, an executive from Go Life Vacation (OPC) approached us and offered a scratch card. Following his instructions, we attended a seminar demo at their property, where we scratched the card and were promised a gift of a 3D/2N hotel vacation voucher at any location in India, with the option to choose three preferred locations via email along with this we have also taken the membership by paying 65000 rupees for 35 days/year but its all fake.
Despite promptly following the instructions and sending the requested email with our preferred locations, we have not received any confirmation regarding the booking, as promised. Despite sending multiple reminders over a period of 6-7 days, there has been no response from Go Life Vacation (OPC).
This lack of response and failure to fulfill their promise has caused inconvenience and disappointment. We feel misled and believe that such practices are unethical and deceptive.
Therefore, I kindly request your intervention in this matter. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and take appropriate action against Go Life Vacation (OPC) for their failure to honor their commitment.
