Glamyo Dental enrolled me for installment payment option against alligners service and charged advance of 5000/- balance payment they said I can pay in monthly installment. However they collaborated with Fibe loan for the balance payment. Afterwards Glamyo Dental did not deliver the goods and I sent an email to Fibe loan to stop the loan however as per them they are not willing to help with merchant.
Merchant reached out to Fibe loan for the loan it was not me, all communication with me was done with Glamyo Dental.
Still Fine loan is harassing me to make the payment.
I have no problem to make the payment if I get my goods….without product delivery how can I make the payment to Fibe. Please help.
