Text of Complaint by Nayeem Syed:

I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving a pressing issue I am facing with the Glamyo Dental treatment I have availed of. My name is nayeem syed, and The treatment was scheduled on 29th April and I have been encountering several difficulties since then. I had initially engaged with Glamyo Dental for teeth alignment, and a representative named krishnan visited my residence for a 3D scanning session. Following his assessment, I was provided with an estimate of INR 38,000 for the treatment. However, Hussain offered me a special discount if I booked the treatment immediately, reducing the cost to INR 35,000 I proceeded with the booking by making an upfront payment of INR 3, 000. To finance the remaining amount, I opted for a loan from axio. I have successfully paid two EMIs of INR 3556 each. My treatment journey began on 18th may 2023 when I received the first set of aligners, consisting of four sets, with a 15-day interval for each set. Per their instructions, I requested the delivery of the second set of aligners via email on 6th aug 2023. Throughout this process, I have been in communication with my designated consultant, Sumit, who guided me through the treatment. Unfortunately, the situation has taken a concerning turn. Sumit who was previously responsive and supportive, has ceased all communication. Additionally, their customer service helpline is unresponsive, and their phones appear to be switched off. As you can imagine, I am quite distressed by this situation. I come from a modest family, and my father has worked diligently to afford this treatment for me. Given the circumstances, I kindly request your intervention to address this matter urgently. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in ensuring that I either receive the pending aligners as per the treatment plan or obtain a refund of the amount paid. I am hopeful that with your intervention, this issue can be resolved promptly, and I can continue the treatment without further hindrance. I understand the value of time, and I sincerely request your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you for your understanding and support.

  1. yes , the 3rd party company Earlysalary/FIBE also torturing the consumers to pay the emi without receiving the aligners from Glamyo.
