My name is tenzin dhargyal. I had order a tattoo machine kit from Flipkart which is 10152 RS. The seller is from Mumbai tatoo basic machine kit. I order it on 20oct nd I received my product on 28oct. On that day when I open my product many important Machine was missing. I had called Flipkart costomer care person nd complaint about it. He said he write my complain nd my resolution will be soon on 9nov. But before 9nov I received a messege that my request is rejected.so again I call nd spoke with customer care he said some tecnical issue so my problem will be solve till 15nov. He said he write a complaint again.but on 15niv I duidnot get call so I call back to them nd with so many argument I told them to connect my call been o there senior person then I spoke with him he said my case sender to higher authority nd I will get call by backup team same point they gave me a new date 18nov. Nd I told them that 18nov will be last date I don’t want any more. He said k nd told me to wait till then. On 16nov I received a call from there backup team nd they asked me my I’d nd bank details to forward the seller. I been chating with the seller from 3nov which I found from Flipkart side. He said he didn’t received any mail from Flipkart. but I clam nd wait for there last date 18nov. Yesterday 18nov I dienot received any call from them nd I call back nd ask about my resolution. Costomer care person said that my exclarated date is extended 20nov nd 30nov. My resolution will be 20nov or 30nov. I argue with them so much nd I said I will complain about it in national consumer he said k mam u can do wat want he said I should wait till then. Now I don’t think they planning to refund my money that why they r extending the date. Alomost one month took. I been calling them from day one nd spoke more then 10 costomer care person. Plez I requested to help me. This is first time happen with me. I never been fraud lik this before. Many online shopping I did. I was waited wat they said nd co operation with them till now. Kindly help me nd give me my rite.
